it happened at work today....

Overly zealous Mormon guy at my office : My wife is so amazing at picking fantasy sports teams and stuff. Seriously dude, she's been in like 7 pools with me and my friends and she's won almost EVERY ONE OF THEM.
Me: Really?
Overly zealous Mormon guy at my office: Seriously bro, and I think she picks them by which name she likes better or which team has the cutest outfits.
Me: Outfits?
Overly zealous Mormon guy at my office: yes. she picks 'em by looking at their YOOONs.
Me: Yoons?
OZMGAMO: YOON IFORMS! dude, you don't know what "YOONs" are? HAW HAW HAW didn't you play any sports growing up?
Me: Yes but I've never heard them called YOONs.
OZMGAMO: Seriously bro? you've never heard of "Unis" being short for uniforms.
Me: yes I've heard of "Unis".. just not YOOONS
OZMGAMO: Yoons and Unis are the same.
Me: Oh.
Me: Well, maybe you should take your wife to Vegas.
OZMGAMO: Why?
Me: um..... for the buffet - and to see the temple
OZMGAMO: Do they have a nice temple in Vegas?
Me: Ya, its sweet

Macie, Mom and I went to the Monet to Picasso exhibit at the U - Awesome!

Rodin's thinker - all of our favorite sculpture. Thinker was originally meant to depict Dante in front of the Gates of Hell, pondering his great poem

Claude Monet - The Red Kerchief.  This was Macies favorite. She said it reminded her of little red riding hood.

Salvador Dali - This was Mom's favorite - just like our dreams - seems so real but sometimes interpreting the meaning may be difficult

Maligliani - Portrait of a woman

Van Gogh - The Poplars - My favorite - Macie's second favorite. Up close the texture was so thick and brush strokes so chaotic we couldn't tell what the picture was. Stepping back the beautiful landscape became apparent.

Picasso - Another of Macie's favorites. She saw the violin before I did.

The ol' "bottom fill" trick shot made famous by "Doc" Holliday

From 50 feet with a 9mm- shot a hole in the bottom of the Xango bottle and filled up the vase below without dropping the Xango bottle on top. Try that Annie Oakley! CLICK PICTURE TO ENLARGE - And yes - for those of you XANGO lovers - We use your nasty drink for target practice. MMmm Hmmm, we know we probably could've sold the case for $200-$300 .. but that is the beauty of it all - we don't care.
